Julie teaches Company Ambassadors of all levels; public servants, managers, professionals, office personnel and front line staff in a variety industry sectors including: public administration, health care, arts, finances, retail, real estate, tourism and sports.
Julie has held Training, Operations and Human Resources management positions. She therefore understands and promotes what it takes to exceed internal and external client expectations that lead to client loyalty and employee retention while reflecting our country's diversity.
She has over 20 years of experience in public speaking, as well as over 10 years of experience in achieving client training objectives.
Julie is a recognized CTHRC National Tourism Trainer who on behalf of OTEC successfully contributes to the employability of Internationally Trained Individuals, Canada’s Youth and Aboriginals.
With Lobb Management Consultants, Julie is an independent program presenter for the Canada School of Public Service.
She is also proud to develop and deliver training workshops for the University of Ottawa’s CODL in both official languages.
